Will we lose our history when we move from Legacy?
No. Our team brings every customer, estimate, job, payment, signed bill of lading, claim with photos, email, text and call into MoveitPro+. Your crew and trucks come with you, and multi-day moves stay together as one job.
Can we see our data in Plus before switching?
Yes. We run a test import so you can look around first. On your agreed go-live day, we sync one last time without creating duplicates.
Are we required to pay more?
No. MoveitPro+ Light gives you everything you had in Legacy, the full contact center and new features, without a required price increase. Your team will walk through your account and plan with you.
Can we try full Plus later?
Yes. You can upgrade to full MoveitPro+ at any time and receive a free trial. We’ll explain the trial and upgrade details with you before you decide.
Will old reminders send or QuickBooks invoices duplicate?
No. Past customers do not receive old reminder emails, and imported invoices are not pushed into QuickBooks a second time.
