AI Glasses Surveys
Walk the house. Talk it through. Let the AI build the inventory.
The people, voices and home in this video are AI-generated dramatizations, and the app screens show sample data.
The Best Estimate. The Hardest One To Get Right.
A Clipboard. A Three-Bedroom House. A Customer Who Never Stops Talking.
The in-home survey is still the best estimate you can give. It's also where details slip: the treadmill they're donating, the second flight of stairs, the piano by the front door. Everything the customer tells you matters, and almost none of it fits on a clipboard.
How It Works
Your Estimator Walks The House.
MoveitPro Does The Rest.
Wearing a pair of Ray-Ban Meta glasses, your estimator records each room and talks as they walk. The videos go into the estimate from their phone, and the AI takes it from there.
- 01
Record Each Room
Your estimator walks the house wearing the glasses and records each room, hands-free. No clipboard. No phone held up in every doorway.
- 02
Talk As You Walk
Say what's going, what's staying and what's tricky: the stairs, the piano, the parking. What your estimator says, and what the customer says, comes along with the video.
- 03
Upload From Your Phone
Back at the vehicle, upload the clips from your phone, right into the customer's estimate.
The AI Builds The Inventory
Room By Room.
Cubic Feet, Weight And Price.
The AI watches every video and builds the inventory, room by room. Cubic feet, weight and price are calculated the same way as every other estimate, so the numbers your team trusts stay the numbers your team uses.
Explore EstimatingSame Room? Same List.
Walk back into a room on a later clip and the AI knows it's the same room. Spot two more chairs and the count goes up, instead of the room being counted twice.
Every Room, Accounted For.
Living room, front hall, garage, bedrooms, kitchen. Each clip lands in its room, and the estimate's load size and weight update with it.
Everything The Customer Said Comes Along
The Treadmill?
Not Moving.
When the customer mentions they're donating the treadmill, it's marked Not moving. It stays on the list so nobody forgets it, but it's left out of the cubic feet, the weight and the price. And the crew sees it on the work order: leave it.
“Oh, and the treadmill in the garage? We're donating that.”
The Survey Wrap-Up
Everything Your Estimator Needs, Before They Quote.
A Quick Summary
The whole move in a few sentences: the house, where the furniture is, what's special about this one.
Risks, Rated
High, medium or low, so the piano by the stairs gets a plan before move day, not on it.
Tips For The Estimator
Practical next steps, like confirming where the piano goes or bringing door and banister protection.
Access Details It Heard
Stairs, parking and how far the truck sits, each with the customer's exact words and ready to apply.
“Inventory Ready.”
Your estimator gets a notification the moment the inventory and the survey wrap-up are on the estimate, so the quote can go out while the conversation is still fresh.
The AI Suggests.
Your Estimator Decides.
Your Estimator Stays In Charge.
Nothing goes to the customer on the AI's say-so. Your estimator reviews the inventory, adjusts any count, and applies the access details that are right for the move. The AI does the busywork; your estimator makes the call.
Skip The Upload.
Stream Live From Your Glasses.
Next up: stream live from the glasses straight into the MoveitPro app, with no upload step at all. Until then, recording on the glasses and uploading from your phone is how it works today.
AI Glasses Surveys, Explained.
Which glasses does it work with?
AI Glasses Surveys are built around Ray-Ban Meta glasses. Your estimator records each room on the glasses, brings the clips into their phone's photos with the Meta AI app, and uploads them straight into the customer's estimate.
Is the AI's inventory final?
No. The AI suggests and your estimator decides. Every item, count and access detail is there for your estimator to review, change or apply before the quote goes out.
What happens to items the customer says aren't moving?
When the customer says something stays, like a treadmill they're donating or a TV that stays on the wall, the item is marked Not moving. It stays on the list, it's left out of the cubic feet, weight and price, and the crew sees it on the work order: leave it.
What if we film the same room twice?
The AI knows it's the same room. If a later clip shows two more chairs, the count goes up instead of the room being counted again.
What's in the survey wrap-up?
A short summary of the move, risks rated high, medium or low, tips for the estimator, and the access details it heard, like the stairs, the parking and how far the truck sits. Each access detail comes with the customer's exact words and is ready to apply to the estimate.
Can it stream live from the glasses?
Not yet. Streaming live from the glasses straight into the MoveitPro app is coming soon. Today your estimator records on the glasses and uploads the clips from their phone.
