- We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video and possess expertise in various editing software and techniques.
- Strong video editing and production skills for bringing our brands to our social media
- Edit video content for various platforms and purposes
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visual stories
- Utilize software such within Adobe Creative Suite such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, etc.
- Ensure high-quality video production standards are met
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Portfolio showing experience with past work/projects is required
- Create content that is optimized for social media platforms with current best practices
- Develop promotional content for digital platforms that are conversion driven (paid)
- Meet with internal team members to establish the desired feel and look for the video
- Operate computer editing systems and equipment used for video content creation
- Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the videos creation
- Improve video and sound quality using various video software
- Edit video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips and other important
- Ensure the correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos according
- Ability to collaborate well with other creative professionals to supply clients with strong written and verbal communication, able to deliver clear, concise information
Qualifications
- Advanced level of knowledge in the Adobe Creative Suite is mandatory, particularly Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects
- Animation and Motion Graphics experience is extremely helpful
- Experience in content creation and storytelling through video
- Strong understanding of post-production processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and able to delegate their time accordingly
- Work well under pressure and with tight deadlines in a fluid environment
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects
- Excellent communication skills are required to have a solid understanding of project
- top-notch finalized products
- Knowledge of audio post production
- Excellent team player
- Capable of working well with internal and external teams/partners
- Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
- Ability to effectively solve problems, think creatively, make decisions and take action, exercising independent judgment tailored to specific and varied audiences
