Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Rep to join our team! We are a software company for the moving and storage industry. You will be working with our own proprietary software in handling inbound and outbound calls for moving companies across the country. THERE WILL BE NO COLD LEADS/ COLD CALLS.
Responsibilities
- Estimate and book inbound calls for moving jobs
- Handle warm and hot leads and follow-ups
